MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS ARE NOW DUE

Hi Ladies

Just a friendly reminder that it's time to renew your memberships. All present memberships expire December 31st.

If you have already sent your renewal in, please be patient. I have thousands of memberships to renew and it takes a lot of time and this is a very busy time of the year. Your membership will be processed well in time for the convention registration opening. If you did renew, we thank you for your continuing support of the CJCS and helping to light up Canada with the sparkle of our Jewels.

You must be a 2011 member in good standing in order to register for the 2011 Brandon convention. Registration opens approx. February 1st. Information will be posted on our members web site as well as on here and of course, in our monthly newsletter sent on the 1st of every month to ALL our members.

On behalf of myself and your Board of Directors, I would like to wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We wish you much happiness and good health in the coming year!

NOVEMBER 2010 NEWS

Our November 2010 newsletter was emailed to all members on Nov. 1/10 at 4:20pm PST.  If you didn't receive it, please check your spam/junk mail folder. Past issues of all newsletters are archived on our member's web site.

Information on the 2011 Brandon Convention will NOT be posted until Feb. 2011.

Our Mexican Riviera cruise (March 2011) is filling nicely and a nice perk is that for many of you the price has been reduced. If interested in joining the Jewels on our cruise, please contact our office. If you're already booked and wish to participate in the Trolley Tour in Mazatlan, please contact our office to reserve ASAP.

Our Insurance web site will soon close. All information has been moved to the "Members Web Site" under the tab INSURANCE. The 2011 insurance rate will not increase and remains at the 2010 rate.

Membership renewals are due January 1st. It is required that one person complete the application and send it with a clearly typed/printed list of all members, their postal address, email address and phone numbers. Send just one cheque for the entire chapter please. If you have the older forms, or if you prefer, have each member complete their own form and send all forms in one package with payment. The most recently released membership application is dated October 18th at the top of the page.

You will not be able to register for the Brandon Convention until your 2011 membership has been processed.

Our office will be closed:  Dec. 20th to Jan. 1 and again Jan. 8th to Feb 6th so it's suggested that renewals be mailed as early as possible.

All past newsletters have been removed from this blog. Updates will be posted in the blog, but the newsletters will remain in the archives on the member's web site for your enjoyment.
